Alvino with Soto Brothers put a new roof on our house. When he came to give us a quote, he was the only roofing contractor who got up on our roof to inspect and then crawled up into the attic space to inspect for leaks. The other two roofing contractors just stood in our driveway and wrote and checked boxes on their clip board. Soto Brothers gave us a reasonable price. Alvino was professional and he and his crew did a great job! They even swept our property with a huge magnet to pick up nails on the ground during the job and when they were done. The workers rebuilt almost my entire roof with new plywood and that additional cost also was reflected accurately in the quote. They installed necessary upper and lower vents and end facias. They worked efficiently and tirelessly and at the end of each day did a complete cleanup around the property. We were referred to Soto & Brothers through a roofing supply company when we decided to shop around after receiving what we thought was a high bid from another company. That included a tear-off of a shake roof, new 1/2 inch plywood, then the new composite roof with flashing and new skylights. They did a lot of repairs under the plywood that were not on the contract at really low cost. Alvino is a very good roofer, who works with his crew on the roof. He is fast, efficient and reasonable. We will use him again on other homes.

Alvino, owner of Soto & Brother's Roofing, lives up to the name. I got 3 quotes for our roof replacement. All 3 were going to do the same job, similar roofing materials and labor, 2 were close in price while the other was 2x as much. I went with Soto & Brother's because of reputation and our friends used them and liked the workmanship. We chose correctly. They fixed some of the common issues such as bathroom venting exhaust and air flow in your ceiling or attic. Any issue, call Alvino and he's there to address it. I would recommend them for sure!

Our living room ceiling showed evidence of a leak. We had several roofing companies come to inspect--they had several solutions but none of them would guarantee their work would totally fix the leak. Alvino reviewed the situation and we decided a new roof with new vents, etc., was the only way to be certain the leak was fixed. Tearing off our old roof and getting a new one in December made us pretty nervous but they assured us they could get everything completed even with a small window of nice weather. Great experience with Soto & Brothers Roofing. The roof was completed in two days. Six fascia boards also had to be replaced and the crew painted the boards prior to install. After the roof was completed they thoroughly cleaned around the house with a magnet and even wiped down the house siding where some dirt had fallen from the roof removal.
